As a volunteer, you probably have some questions about Track It Forward and how to navigate a new software. No worries, our team has compiled some of the most frequently asked questions from new users. Q: What information is required to create a Track It Forward account?

Track it Forward requires a valid email address and password for all user accounts. Additional profile data will vary based on your organization and its site settings. 

Q: Can I use the same account for multiple organizations?

Yes, volunteers can register with multiple sites using the same user account. To do this, you will need to sign in before completing the registration form for the new site. You can find detailed instructions in this article: Registering with Multiple Sites.

Q: Is the mobile app free to download?

Yes, the mobile app is completely free and available for Android and IOS devices. You can learn more about the mobile app in this article: How To Download the App. 

Q: What happens if I forget my password?

Volunteers can request a password reset anytime if they forget their login credentials. A one-time access link will be sent via email to login and update the password. You can view detailed instructions in this article: Forgot My Password

Q: How can I save a copy of my hours for future reference?

Volunteers can use the Export All Hours link to download a copy of their volunteer submissions for future reference.
