We just released 2 brand new features that really improve your milestone reporting system.  You now have the ability to set custom milestone periods and assign specific milestones to specific types of volunteers.

Setting Custom Mileston Periods

Previously on Track it Forward, you had to set your milestones by calendar year, month, week, or not at all.  However some organizations start their calendar year in September (like schools) and others operate on a quarterly basis.  Now you have the flexibility to set that however you want!

In Organizer Dashboard > Settings > Milestones, when you select your period, there is now a "custom" option.  You can specifiy your own frequency that starts on a specific date.
