Pops in the Park Featuring the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra at Waveny

We are preparing for another Pops in the Park that will be even better than our inaugural event last year and, to that end, we need several volunteers to help unloading and setting up chairs and music stands for the orchestra, directing parking to designated areas and clean up (which includes loading the chairs and music stands back onto the truck as well as trash pickup).

When you arrive, please come to the portico on the right side of the Waveny mansion. Matt Campbell will meet you there to give you an assignment. If you don’t see him, his cell phone number is 347-415-4620.
We should be able to make pretty quick work of set up, parking and clean up so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the show in between.
