Common Questions
How do I create an account as a volunteer?
Volunteers must be connected to an existing organization on Track It Forward. Please contact your organization and ask about registration instructions.
What kind of support is available if I have questions?
Track It Forward support is primarily provided via email unless the issue requires a conversation. Paid onboarding and training is available to larger organizations that want Track It Forward to assist with setup and configurations.
Do I need to add a payment method to start a trial?
No credit card is required for a trial! If you don’t upgrade after 30 days, your account will be downgraded to a free plan, but your information will be saved for future use.
What are the different volunteer types listed?
Pricing is based on active volunteers that need an account to track hours over time. If volunteers leave, you can archive their account to preserve data, but they will not count towards your total. If someone volunteers sporadically, you can add them as a Managed Volunteer. This allows you to log hours on their behalf, but it does not create an account for them.
