How it Works:

1. Generate a referral code between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024 using the orange 'Generate Code' button.
2. Share your referral code with anyone you know who could use Track it Forward. Multiple people can use this same code to sign up!
3. When your friends sign up for a Track it Forward subscription, you’ll receive a $100 Visa e-gift card!*

*Code must be generated between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024. Code must be used to upgrade to a paid subscription no later than December 31, 2024. Subject to terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

For a limited time, current customers who refer their friends, family or colleagues to Track it Forward can receive a $100 Visa e-gift card! The following terms and conditions apply:

Eligibility

• The referrer (you) must be a current Track it Forward user, either as a site administrator or volunteer at the time of reward redemption.
• The referrer must generate their unique referral code between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024. Codes generated before December 1, 2023 or after December 31, 2024 will not be eligible to receive the rewards. 
• The referrer must be at least 18 years of age at the time of reward redemption.
• The referral (your friend/family member/colleague) must sign up for a paid subscription by December 31, 2024.
• The referral must sign up for an annual subscription or must have a monthly subscription for at least 12 months before the e-gift card can be redeemed.
• The referral must sign up for a new subscription with Track it Forward. Code cannot be used by current Track it Forward customers.

Referral Process

• The referrer can share their unique referral code with anyone who is not a current Track it Forward user. This referral code can be used multiple times.
• The referrer will receive a $100 Visa e-gift card via email for every referral who signs up for a paid subscription, up to $500. 
• The referral will receive 25% off their first year’s subscription with Track it Forward.

Reward Redemption

• The referrer will be required to verify their age and accept the terms and conditions in order to receive their e-gift card.
• The referrer will be contacted via the email address on their account within 30 days from the time their referral signs up for a paid annual subscription, or within 30 days from the 12th month of a paid monthly subscription.

Program Conditions

• Referral program participant information will be treated in accordance with the Track it Forward Privacy Policy.
• Track it Forward reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Track it Forward reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding eligibility, reward distribution, and/or disputes.
