New School Integrations for Student Programs
Track it Forward is excited to announce the launch of new school integrations for most SIS, LMS, and SSO systems! At this time, integrations are only available for student service hour programs. We are putting together a priority access list for student programs looking to incorporate the new integrations. Sign up and register your interest here.
Enhanced Messaging via Events with Custom Event Details
You can now send more personalized emails through events to attendees. You can include the event name and date, the event URL, or shift information without typing it all out yourself. This allows for more personalized messaging tailored to each event.
To send a message:
- Go to your event and click 'Contact Attendees'
- You'll find a list of event info you can automatically add to your messages
Bulk Duplicate Events Up To 2 Years in The Future
You can now bulk duplicate events up to two (2) years in advance, allowing for better planning and organization. This improvement addresses the previous limitation of scheduling only up to six months in advance.
Event Calendar Search Bar
A search bar has been added to the event calendar to search for current/upcoming events. Access the search bar by going to the Events page and clicking the green plus sign next to 'Filters'.
'Assigned Permissions' added to Volunteer Report
A new field has been added to the Volunteer Report that lists if a volunteer has any administrative permissions assigned to their account. This will make it easier to pull a report and quickly see all volunteers who have roles assigned to them.
