La Salle College Preparatory

The Winter Jazz Concert will be held on Sunday, December 8 at 5:00 pm at Portico's Art Space. There will be a casual reception with complimentary concessions before and after the concert in the lobby. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations (Please drop off at Portico's between 3:00-3:30 pm, enter through kitchen door by parking lot.). We also need parents to sign up to help out PRE-show and POST-show. See donation and volunteer details below.

FOOD DONATIONS:
* Home baked goods (2 dozen cookies/brownies/other) = 1 hour of service
* $20 of store bought (cookies/brownies/other dessert) = 1 hour of service
* Large fruit or veggie tray (should serve 12-14 people) = 1 hour of service
* $20 spent on meat/cheese/crackers = 1 hour of service

Please be sure to label your donation(s) w/name, student, and amount. Items need to be dropped off between 3:00-3:30 pm at Porticos Art Space. Please check in with Reggie or Michele.

CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEERS:
See two shift options below. Volunteers are welcome to watch the performance, however, please be sure all ticket holders have a theatre seat first. There is room for extra chairs on the side if the theatre is full. Please check in with Reggie or Michele upon arrival.
