April Teacher Potluck - Tex-Mex Tuesday * BRING A DISH

LAST POTLUCK *** This year's final teacher/staff potluck is TACO TUESDAY 4/21. We are bringing a variety of Tex-Mex dishes, from BBQ to tacos! Please volunteer to work or bring a dish.

 

DETAILS: - 6 maximum volunteers: set up 10am, serve food @11:30, clean-up until 2pm. - Food drop-off at the front desk 8-11am. No later! - Each dish to feed 10-12 people. - Dishes should be brought hot / warm. Crock pots are OK (we have an extension cord). - Dishes should be “mild” in spice. - FOOD ALLERGY: NO melons of any sort (i.e. watermelon, cantaloupe, etc.) - Serving dishes and crock pots can be picked up after 2pm. VOLUNTEER HOURS: - Every $20 spent equates to 1 hour of parent participation. Enter your receipts &/or time worked on Track It Forward when event ends. CLICK (+) for menu item descriptions.
