Parents accompanying the band on the parade route, please wear blue band shirts and bluejeans.
Students and Chaperones meet at the band room and ride the buses together.
- Call-time for everyone is 5:30pm FIRM!
- Students get into uniform
- Jenny Fotland and helpers safety-pin the lights to the students' uniforms in the side hallway by the uniform room
- Students get their instruments out of cases and get on the bus
- Depart Hilhi for parade 6:30pm FIRM!
- Drop time downtown is 7:20pm
- Parade Starts at 8:15pm
- Hilhi is Band B7
Return to Hilhi between 10:20pm-11:00pm (at the latest)

For those of you watching on TV, or around the parade route, the parade officially begins at 8:15pm, we are band B7! We are the Care Oregon, "Host Band" chosen by Care Oregon this year!

Uniforms/Chaperone/Hydration Duty
Give students their uniforms, chaperone on the bus, collect and properly store uniforms after returning to Hilhi

Lights/Chaperone/Hydration Duty
Help Jen Fotland attach lights to students uniforms in the side hall before they get on the buses, ride buses with the students, walk the parade with the band/cg and squirt water in their mouths when needed. Help detach lights from uniforms after returning to Hilhi.
