Welcome to St. Bernard School's Track It Forward Volunteer Portal

Thank you for supporting St. Bernard School through your gift of time and service. We are excited to use Track It Forward as our official volunteer management system for the 2026–2027 school year.

Through your Track It Forward account, you will be able to:
• Sign up for Bingo volunteer shifts and other school volunteer opportunities.
• Track your completed volunteer hours throughout the school year.
• Submit volunteer hours for approval.
• View your volunteer hour progress at any time.

After completing a volunteer activity, please log in to your Track It Forward account and submit your hours. School administration will review and approve all submitted hours once participation has been verified.

Please remember:
• Only approved volunteer hours will count toward your annual service requirement.
• Families are responsible for accurately recording and submitting their volunteer hours.
• Volunteer opportunities will be posted throughout the year, so check your account regularly for new opportunities.
Each St. Bernard School family must complete the following service requirements between June 1 and May 31:

Bingo Service

Each family must complete 15 Bingo hours, equivalent to:
Three five-hour Bingo sessions

Bingo sessions are held on Fridays. Families must register for their sessions through Track It Forward.

A $150 no-show fee will be assessed for each missed Bingo session. Missed Bingo sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up.

Families may select the $450 Bingo Buyout Option, which is equivalent to the three required Bingo sessions.

Parish Festival Service

Each family must complete:
Four parish festival hours

Festival volunteer opportunities and instructions will be posted as they become available.

Additional School Service

Each family must complete:
10 additional school service hours
These hours may be earned through approved school events, activities, programs, and service opportunities.

Total Annual Requirement

Each family is responsible for a total of:
15 Bingo hours
4 Parish festival hours
10 Additional school service hours
29 Total service hours

Bingo, parish festival, and additional school service requirements are separate. Extra hours completed in one category may not automatically replace hours required in another category unless approved in advance by school administration.
