About
As part of the tuition contract or covenant, each family is responsible for finding, recording, and
tracking their service hours during the school year. The annual commitment hour requirement is 30
hours for a two-parent family and 15 hours for a single-parent family. It is required that at least 4
volunteer hours per family are spent supporting the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School annual auction. Failure to fulfill the annual commitment hour requirement will result in an assessment
charge of $20.00 per hour due May 31st each year.
It is the parents’ responsibility to find opportunities to serve the school or parish. Families are
required to document their hours via Track It Forward for recording purposes. A periodic update of
recorded hours is sent to all families throughout the school year.
