EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program, Inc./Reach Academy provides a wealth of resources and benefits to youth and adults for the purpose of fostering personal development and success. We educate and show our youth and adults how to give back to the communities that we serve and live in. We act as a resource for parents, educators and all who seek to enrich the lives of our youth and adults. We operate a mentoring program/outreach center and a private school to reach out to all youth ages 5 to 17. We reach out to youth that are doing well, as a preventive measure to encourage them to stay on the right path and to assist their peers who may be having difficulties. We also aid our senior citizens that need our help.

Bring our youth in.

· Take the time to equip them for life, by providing the tools that they need.
· Send them out as productive young men and women.

For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program, Inc., vision is to see more people come to know their purpose in life. Reaching out to children of diverse backgrounds and cultures giving them the opportunity to experiment, play, use their imagination, and share ideas.
