Cultivating Community: A Fundraiser for Our Community Birth Center

Join us for an afternoon of fun, festivities and connection, as we come together to celebrate Our Community Birth Center and raise funds to support equitable access to midwifery birth center care in Lane County.
If you are unable to do a full shift, but want to sign up for part of the day, please let Amanda Bedortha know. We may be able to accommodate partial shifts.
Volunteers will be assigned places to go to pick up donated plants from local community members, farms, and nurseries. Plants need to be delivered to Our Community Birth Center by 11 am on May 18th.
Volunteers will help with setup for the fundraiser at Our Community Birth Center.
Volunteers will supervise the plant sale table and take donations for sale of plants.
Volunteers will be at the refreshments table, keeping the table clean and restocking light refreshments as needed from 1-4pm. Accept donations.
Greeters will tell guests about the features of the fundraiser and where to go to find silent auction items, food, etc.
Volunteers will supervise the Silent Auction Table in the McKenzie Room at Willamalane, and help show guests how they can get to the 32 auction website.
Volunteers will support the kids craft table, helping keep it stocked with supplies and supporting kids with their crafts.
Volunteers will help clean up after the event at Our Community Birth Center.
