Loveland Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting/Celebration

In conjunction with the Loveland Chamber, we will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration for our new Sculptor Drive Branch! This event is designed to welcome the Chamber and general public to our new home and provide an opportunity for Blue to interact with other local businesses, members, and non-members in the area to create leads and grow membership. There will be free food, drinks, prizes, a radio remote and an appearance from the Colorado Eagles Mascot, Slapshot!
Attire should be business casual.
4:30pm - 7:30pm
Check In Table
Assist with ensuring each attendee is checked in and receives drink and raffle tickets.

Assist attendees with understanding what prizes we have available and submitting the information required to enter to win.

Float
Discuss Blue's products, services, and story, provide assistance where needed, and network with attendees. Facilitate warm hand off of interested members to Loveland staff. Assist with setting up appointments for members if necessary

Clean Up
Assist with the break down and clean up of tables, chairs, food, and drinks.
