Iron Mountain Skating Club

IMSC 4th of July Parade 

Join the Iron Mountain Skating Club as we celebrate the 4th of July! Ride or walk with the float, hand out candy, and help represent IMSC in our community.

Attire:
Wear your skating costume, IMSC shirt, hockey jersey, or patriotic red, white & blue attire.

Volunteer Credit:

Parents: 1.5 volunteer hours for walking with the float, handing out flyers, and helping supervise skaters.

Skaters: ½ volunteer hour for each skater riding or walking with the float.

Parade Day

Arrive by: 8:30 AM

Meet at: Dickinson Homes on Balsam Street.

Use Pyle Drive to access the float.

Do not enter Balsam Street from Breitung Avenue. Turn by Kingsford Public Safety (KPS) toward Balsam Street, park where directed, and walk to the float.

Pick-Up:
Skaters must be picked up immediately after the float arrives at Super One. A parent or guardian must be waiting at the end of the parade route to sign their skater out with a volunteer, as we are unable to remain parked after arrival.
