Testing Session

Testing session following the Clinic and High School Competition. Times are tentative and will be set once event finalizations are made. You may sign up for more than 1 slot. If you have any questions about the volunteer opportunities please reach out to the club at imskatingclub@gmail.com
Help testers find the bench/be ready for test; Keep an eye on the hallway/locker room to make sure no one is back there that shouldn’t be
check in skaters from list, collect payments as noted – have test results for pickup after copier makes copies
Set up and staff the hospitality rooms for the Coaches and Judges
Keep the food refreshed/ready for the day - clean up as needed, grab new stuff as needed or put away refrigerated items as needed. Clean up at the end of the day
Copy all test forms and file them for skaters to pick up

Boiled eggs, Banana, granola cereal, yogurt (just a few due to dietary restrictions), berries, cuties (oranges), Granola Bars (fewer of these - they all prefer fresh/simple over packaged)
Mini Hershey Bars
Tea bags, coffee, creamer
Marcie said to limit the baked good in plastic packages - most of them won’t eat much of that stuff

Crockpot with ground beef/taco meat
Tortilla shells (gluten free option)
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa
Lettuce
Guacamole/Avocado

We need 3 baskets to be placed in the locker rooms for the High School teams for snacks, drinks, etc.
Assemble donated water, granola bars, and tissues in baskets for HS teams locker rooms
