IMSC will be hosting a figure skating clinic with a testing session following the clinic. Times are tentative and will be set once event finalizations are made.
Set up lunch for 11:30 ish, keep the food refreshed/ready for the day - clean up as needed, grab new stuff as needed or put away refrigerated items as needed. Clean up at the end of the day)

Keep an eye on the hallway/locker room to make sure no one is back there that shouldn’t be

Donate food or beverages for the Coaches and Judges to eat during the competition day. Food/beverages to be dropped off at the rink no later than 9am on 1/30/26. Please let us know at sign up what type of food/beverage you will be bringing
crockpot of vegetable soup that is vegetarian/gluten free friendly and then a crockpot with meat in broth (like Chicken or beef) that could be added to soup and a crockpot with noodles (aka gluten) that could be added. NO PEANUTS. Food for at least 10 people. Please note on sign up what you will be bringing
Rolls/butter
Veggies/Dip tray, Hummus
Mini Hershey Bars, coffee, creamer

Boiled eggs, Banana, granola cereal, yogurt (just a few due to dietary restrictions), berries, cuties (oranges), Granola Bars, Marcie said to limit the baked good in plastic packages - most of them won’t eat much of that stuff
