Trunk or Treat Health Fair

Health of Family Health Center is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare to residents of Southern California in La Habra, Tustin, Ontario, La Puente, and Pico Rivera. The La Habra clinic is hosting a health fair to provide free flu vaccines, free eye exams, free candies, raffle prizes, games, and other services to the local residents.
Volunteers are needed to assist with event setup, working at the raffle prize table, working at the information booth, and other other event related tasks. Volunteers will not work inside the clinic; they will only work outdoor at the health fair. Both adult and student volunteers are welcome.

Waiver:
(1) Every volunteer must either (a) sign a waiver online at https://forms.office.com/r/qfzjJqV9Rx, or (b) download and sign the attached waiver, then bring a signed copy to the event.
(2) A volunteer under the age of 18 need to ask his guardian to sign the waiver either online or on paper.
Attire: SLOBs T-shirt of any color and closed toe shoes. (This is an outdoor event. Sunscreen and sunglasses recommended by optional.)
Hours earned: The greater of 2 hours or the actual number of hours worked (rounded to the nearest half an hour).
