Fullerton Service League of Boys

Volunteers are needed to help direct traffic and perform other event support activities. Snacks and drinks will be provided to volunteers. Please arrive Tara's Chance on time by planning for parking or drop-off ahead of time.

NOTE: Parking is limited at the event site, so please either arrange for volunteer drop-off and pickup, or see the parking info below.

Parking instructions:
Volunteers are requested to park their cars at Fullerton Evangelical Free Church’s parking structure (2801 Brea Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92835), then take a shuttle to go to Tara's Chance event site (219 E Claire Ave, Fullerton, CA 92835). Free shuttle will be running between Fullerton EV Free Church parking structure and the event site starting 2pm. You may call Tara Chance's event coordinator Kat (Katherine) at (909) 784-9834 if the shuttle does not show up soon; she will send a shuttle over.

Parking at church will be reserved for Gala volunteers in the parking structure. Signs will be posted by the street and by the garage to direct volunteers to park there.

Attire: NAVY SLOBs T-Shirt, dark pants or jeans, and closed toed shoes.

Hour log: If a volunteer arrives on time, please the log the greater of two hours or actual number of hours worked, rounded to the nearest half hour.

Late cancellation or no-show: If cancelling within 3 days of event date or you can't attend the event, please find a replacement volunteer to work your shift.

Note: Please download the Track It Forward mobile app (aka Volunteer Time Tracking) and log hours at the event site, which confirms the attendance of the volunteers. The mobile app can be used to signup for a current or future volunteer event, and to log hours at the event site on the day of the event; however, it does not work for cancelling a future event or log hours for an event after the event date.
