There won’t be enough space to have our normal large booth so the plan is to have a table with our donation drum plus some of our smaller merchandise (one style of unisex shirt, drumsticks, picks, stickers, bottle openers, car coasters, bandanas, koozies, ball caps). We can put Drummathon flyers on all the seats in the theater also. Woot!
There will be:
- Two raffle items from us of $100 value or more (each nonprofit will donate two raffle items, and all the funds raised from raffles will be donated equality to all the nonprofits there)
- A 4-minute video (1080, mp4 or mov) about Breast Cancer Can Stick It! to play on the big screen before the movie
- A rep(s) from our organization to speaking for 2-3 min at the event
- Our logo for Step and Repeat
