We will have our standard booth at BFD at Dos Equis Pavilion, however, we will be using our pink canopy for the booth and will have string lights. The Breast Cancer Can Stick It! Band will be playing on the side stage, and we will be testing out a new drum riser built by our Drummathon Logistics Committee. More opportunities will be available soon once we have the schedule for the band (sound will be by Daniel, but we will need a couple people to help with set up and the riser). For the side stage, we will need to set up a white canopy - all canopies will need standard sand bags.

Concert Starts at 2:50 pm
Begin Pack up Approx 10:00 pm
Last band ends/load out: 11:00 pm

We have LIMITED vendor passes (4) therefore we are only offering positions to cashiers as those are required. We will be purchasing two tickets for two (2) people to walk around with a donation drum.

* We cannot begin packing up until the last band starts at 10pm

Roadie / Merch Booth Assistant // Set Up / Breakdown
Roadie will help with the Breast Cancer Can Stick It! Band set up and break down. When the band doesn't need assistance, they will help at the merch booth. Must be physically able to lift equipment (drums, amps, etc.)
