Calling volunteers in Corpus Christi and those willing to travel!
Our annual Metal Shop fundraiser at Brewsters, woot!
The set up this year will be nearly the exact same as last year with 2 merch booths and a silent auction table.
1 merch booth on deck w/ silent auctions
1 merch booth in front of sound board
Brewsters is supplying tables with black table cloths.
*NOTE: The venue is holding a car show from 11a-5p. We cannot start setting up until 6p.
Tentative schedule is as follows:
6:00pm - Meet at Brewsters and set up.
8:00pm - Doors open
9:30pm - Metal Shop Plays
1:00am- Metal Shop Ends. Pack up and load out begins.
**Note that you can sign up for multiple shifts if they are at different times. (Example: You can sign up for Set up, merch grabber, and tear down)
