Breast Cancer Can Stick It!

Great news! We have been selected to participate in the North Texas Giving Day NorthPark Center Event!

However, it is during the day in the middle of the week. We need all the help we can get!

9:00am - Check-in/Begin Set Up
11:00am - Event begins
2:00pm - Event Ends. Begin Tear Down

Details:
Organizations may begin arriving to set up at 9:30 a.m. You must be ready for visitors at your table by 10:45 a.m. as the event officially starts at 11. Your organization must plan to be at the event the entire time – please let your volunteers know that they are not allowed to begin breaking down/packing up until 2pm.
Please keep in mind that there are more than 50 organizations that will be in attendance so please budget in time for check-in.

You and your volunteers will park in the North parking lot in between Nordstrom’s and Macy’s, and enter through the doors between Kona Grill and The Theodore. The registration table will be directly in front of you at the end of the hallway.

6 foot tables will be provided to each organization along with a table cloth, and two chairs. Your “booth” number has been assigned and will be given to you when you check-in.

You are more than welcome to have between 2-3 volunteers at your table during a time period, however, if you have multiple people who want to volunteer we encourage them to be an audience member for our awesome performances before or after their shift!
Please note that you are responsible for providing your own signage for your organization’s table space (if you bring a banner, please bring something to attach the banner with; if you have a standing sign, please have it fit somewhere on your table; any other questions about this, please let us know)

Please keep in mind that we are guests at NorthPark so the following is prohibited:
-food and drink (must be hidden underneath your table at all times)
-passing out flyers/postcards (you may have them on your table displayed for people to pick up but they cannot be handed out)
-messy materials (such as glitter, paint, bubbles)
