Donate 3 large bottles of red wine (1.5 L bottles or could bring 6 standard bottles). Drop-off instructions above.

2 boxes of crackers;
3 pounds of assorted cheese

2 pounds of hummus;
1 Family size bag of pretzels;
2 Family size bags of Rippled potato chips
Flat of Perrier; Flat of flavored-waters
Donate a fancy dessert to be auctioned in support of the FXC scholarship fund. Desserts are a highlight of the event!
Assist decorations coordinator with setup and displays
Food preparation and serving
Set up silent auction pricing and displays
Collect ticket money; sell tickets; answer questions. Can rotate through so volunteer can eat and bid on auction items!
Make sure desserts are auctioned & distributed; make sure bid sheet is given to cashiers
Do your best to sell auction items and dessert items; keep the party moving!

Collect auction items; final ticket money.
