Debate Tournament items needed to borrow for event - Please consider letting us borrow items needed for our 2025 Chuck Ballingall Memorial Debate invitational to help purchase the items we need. As a result of past year's care and generosity of our Damien Spartan Community, we have been recognized by the National Debate Coaches Association as Tournament Host of the year. Please help us continue to hold this standard. Please contact Chris Paredes at cparedes@damien-hs.edu to schedule drop off time. Due by Tuesday September 23th.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
