CESAR Talks with Lucinda Qu
Wednesday, March 17 2021
Join CESAR and our facilitator Lucinda Qu for some tips and tricks to combating burnout, and student mental health!
Lucinda Qu (she/her) is a recent University of Toronto alumna who has been a student mental health advocate and activist for almost half a decade. Throughout her “forever-grad” in Equity Studies and Health Studies, Lucinda helped lead, co-found, and facilitate trainings in over a dozen student organizations. She is a co-founder and lead organizer of the UofT Mental Health Policy Council (MHPC), a grassroots student organization that has been responding to UofT’s mental health crisis by aggregating and implementing best practices surrounding student mental health and organizing. These days, Lucinda is in the process of joining the leadership team within Reach Out Response Network - a local non-profit dedicated to transforming mental health crisis response systems - while pursuing an MSc in Global Mental Health and continuing her work at UofT.
