Longmont Parade of Lights- SVVSD Early Childhood Department/Preschool Float

The Longmont Parade of Lights is rapidly approaching and we are looking forward to another great year with an excellent float to represent SVVSD Early Childhood Department/Preschool.
We are in need of additional people to help us with the multiple components of our float. The parade begins at 5:00pm next Saturday, December 13th and we are asking volunteers to join us (specifics for staging location will be shared with those who wish to help) at 3:30pm to help finish finalizing the float decorations and be ready for float judging at 4:00pm. Snacks, food items, and hot chocolate are provided to parade participants.
The parade theme this year is Home for the Holidays. Our preschool float theme is "Home is where the preschooler shines." Here are roles you could assist us with:
walking with signage about preschool registration
passing out postcards to relevant parade goers
walking around and behind the float to help drive home the float theme - details provided
