The Shamrock Invitational is a two day 2000m dual-format regatta.

** All shift times are subject to change slightly once race schedules are released. Please check your shift time the day before the race for corrections.

7:30am - 8:30am
Hospitality Tent Set Up
Unload necessary items from bins and coolers that were stored away from day before. Put TableClothes on tables, set up chairs, if needed, ensure tent is prepared for Breakfast Shift volunteers.

7:30am - 4:00pm
Hospitality Manager
Ensure the event runs smoothly. Answer questions. Ensure all volunteers can cheer their athletes' races. One volunteer MUST have experience working regattas and have a good handle on what needs to be done to run a smooth regatta. The second may be a new parent to shadow the experienced parent.

Bring hot water and coffee
Bring coffee and hot water for parents and athletes (you will be reimbursed)

Breakfast/Snack Shift
Prep breakfast/snacks and oversee fueling our athletes for the morning.

Lunch/Afternoon Snack Shift
Prep and serve lunch. Ensure snacks are replenished and clean up as you go.

Hospitality Tent Break Down
Clean up. Pack up bins Break down tables / tents / LGRC Signs Help to load up trailer / cars. (Nothing dirty may be put in the trailer, please).

5:00pm - 6:00pm
Drive hospitality truck from regatta to boathouse.
Volunteer must have a vehicle/hitch that can tow the trailer.

Unload Trailer at Boathouse Monday 2pm
Unload trailer at LGRC on Monday at 2pm
