Regatta at Lake Merced Boathouse (1 Harding Road, San Francisco, CA) Trailers arrive and set up: 5:45 a.m. Athlete arrival time: 6:11 a.m. Final race *begins* at 4:02 p.m., should conclude by 4:15 p.m. Athlete pickup: 5:00 p.m.
Set up athlete staging area. Unload and set up tables, tents, tarp for athlete bags/sitting area, set up am hospitality for breakfast.
Help serve breakfast, keep hospitality area tidy, food items refilled, trash emptied as needed.
Continue morning hospitality service. At 10:00, start transition into lunch hospitality. Consolidate leftover bagels/snacks to one table to accommodate lunch food arrival. Set out lunch plates, chafing frames. Lunch arrival at 10:45 a.m. Serve lunch to athletes after setup is ready.
Continue lunch service, keep hospitality area refilled with items and tidy.
Once final crews have come off the water and eaten (last race begins at 4:02), finalize breakdown of the hospitality area, load the trailer and clean up any trash/recyclables.
