School Family Mass (hosted by 5th Grade)

Coordinate with the Parish: provide and serve treats for coffee hour (see attached directions). Reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
Coordinate with the School: set up/take down the themed family friendly coffee hour activity, track Mass attendance for school students and assist with Family Mass passport stamps.

Preorder (Tuesday before) and purchase 6 dozen assorted donuts, purchase one quart half and half and bag of ice per coffee hour instructions. Reach out to parish and coordinate to pick up key and reimbursement for treats
