Coordinate Class Holiday Teacher/Staff Presents for: Carolyn Casey, Ashlinne Whitcomb and Katie Denniston

Help coordinate our class’s optional group gift during the end of year. This Parents Club initiative gives families an easy way to come together and show appreciation for our wonderful OLL staff.

Class Gift Coordinator Responsibilities:

-Communicate the optional group gift opportunity to class families for the end of the year. 

-Collect voluntary contributions from families.

-Purchse a shared gift. You may utilize the Staff Favorites List as a resource but is not required. (Request this from the school office [email protected])

-Present gifts on behalf of the entire class community, regardless of who contributed.

Important Guidelines: Participation is always optional and contributions should remain private. Families may contribute any amount they choose or opt out entirely. Please do not suggest or request a specific dollar amount, range, or expected contribution. Families are also welcome to continue their own individual gift-giving traditions.

The goal is to keep class gifting inclusive, low-pressure, and simple for families while making our staff feel appreciated and celebrated.

Please present gift no late than June 10, 2027 (last week of school).
