AUCTION: Live Auction Recorders, Runners and Spotters

You will work with our night of auction experts (D&K Events and Stokes) to run the behind the scenes of the Live portion of the auction. Our recorders will sit at the table next to the auction recording bidder numbers and items sold, while runners will be going between the stage and data entry. We will also have spotters out in the crowd helping the auctioneer see all those bids! These jobs can be paired with cocktail hour volunteer jobs.
6:45pm - 9:30pm
