Middle School Dance Volunteers Needed!

It takes a village to throw a great dance, and we need your help to make it happen! We’re looking for chaperones, concession workers, coat check helpers, and parking lot security.

Yes, your child may roll their eyes at the thought of you showing up. Still, the night is fun for adults too, with plenty of laughs, good company, and the satisfaction of knowing you made the night safe and successful. We truly cannot run this event without all hands on deck.

Volunteer Roles

Chaperones: Keep an eye on the dance floor and hallways. Your job is to make sure the kids are having fun in all the right ways. Bonus points if you resist showing off your own dance moves.

Concessions: Sell snacks and drinks with a smile. You’ll be the most popular person in the room every time someone needs sugar or a soda.

Coat Check: Run the VIP corner of the night. You’ll collect jackets, bags, and electronics like cell phones, then make sure everything makes it back to its rightful owner at the end of the dance.

Parking Lot Security: Be our friendly presence outside. Help direct traffic, keep watch, and make sure everyone gets in and out safely.

Sign up for a role that works for you and join us in creating a night our middle schoolers will never forget (even if they pretend they want to).
