The role of the King is to walk out with the Royal Court procession during the opening ceremony of the tournament. The king is to look and be kingly and be seen. He interacts with squires as they show virtue, with concise, sincere praise.

The role of the Royal Court is to walk out with the King & Queen in Royal Court procession during the opening ceremony of the tournament. They are to look and be courtly and be seen. They interact with squires as they show virtue, with concise, sincere praise.

Two people will lead each shire. They will guide students through each event. They will stay with their shire throughout the event. They will cheer on their shire members and keep track of them. Each student will be given a shire sash of their respective color. Shire leaders will be given a binder with all the necessary information
Judges are foremost in charge of running and judging the actual events of the games. The events are Archery, Storming the Castle, The Wall, Tug of War, Trebuchet, Bicycle Jousting. Judges will be given a binder with all the necessary information. Judges are asked to help set up their event during the set up time at 9:30am
