Responsible for assigning permissions and helping teachers and PCs use TIF.

Keep updated on new families and update FC leadership. Organize a new family social and welcome new families via email throughout the year. (This could be template email).

Coordinate with hearth leader. Create TIFs, communicate with FC and PCs to make sure hearth needs are being met, and follow up with those who have signed up to donate to make sure the donation are received. Coordinate with PCs and admin to get supplemental foods supplied for lunch at the weekly staff meeting.

Man a table at the event to inform people about FC and recruit volunteers

Responsible for checking the volunteer email and making sure all messages get answered or forwarded to the appropriate person

We are asking for at least one parent from each 7th and 8th grade class to help coordinate this event. Volunteering is worth 8 volunteer hours, though we don't think it will take that long. The commitment can be fulfilled mostly at home planning and coordinating, contacting high schools and student panel members, and helping at the event

Make sure we get a list of all attendees and good notes to share with PCs

Not exactly sure what this looks like yet. The idea is to gather tidbit of really amazing things that our school does that most parents are not aware of and create some sort of "did you know" piece that could be shared in various ways.

Own and manage carpooling options for our families

Our leadership team would love more help. We are also looking for a new Chair and Vice Chair for 2025/26 school year.

this role as evolved over the years, we are looking for someone who is passionate about this and willing to help more for next year

often we need a moderator or two for the parent facebook page, if this feels like you we would love your help

we are looking for some experienced PCs who are interested in leadership roles helping other PCs

there are lots of ways for us to build community, if you are looking for larger scale involvement this is for you

if you are not returning as a PC next year please let us know. You can also select another role if you are interested in participating in another way
