City of Chico, Parks Division, PALS Volunteers

The spring trail maintenance season is starting, and Chico Velo Trailworks is excited to be hosting a workday on Sunday.  Please meet at the rod and gun club in Upper Bidwell park a little before 9am on March 8th. We will carpool up the park road, to the worksite, and may need to ask a volunteer to drive their personal vehicles, depending on how many join us. Tools and basic PPE will be provided. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring water and any essential items you need. This work can be strenuous, but its fun and rewarding. Your RSVP to this event acknowledges that you have read, understand and agree to the terms as described in the attached City of Chico release of liability. In the event the participant is under 18 years of age, please print & complete the attached volunteer application & return to Lindsay Amundson, Parks & Natural Resources Asst. Mgr.
