Join us for a step by step baking class on how to make pumpkin muffins. This month we will be focusing on pumpkin themed desserts and to start off, we will be teaching a class on how to make pumpkin muffins from scratch! Join our class for a fun baking class and a chance to interact with people virtually while playing games as well!

Platform for online class- Zoom (you need an account)
Service hours- 1 hour for attending and 1 hour for sending a photo of your finished dessert!

Materials to Prepare-

Mixing bowl
Whisk or mixing spoon
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Liquid measuring cup
Muffin, bread, or bunt pan

Ingredients: Please have the below ingredients pre measured.
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1 15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
