St. Francis High School

On Thursday, March 10th at 7:00PM, the Diversity Leadership Council is hosting the 2nd Parent Diversity Knight of the 2021-2022 School Year.

We need donations for refreshments as well as volunteers to check families in for the event.

1. Baked goods must be HOMEMADE to receive service hours! TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

2. Maximum baking contribution per reception is 2 dozen baked goods, which equals one family service hour. Please do not submit more than 2 dozen treats (one service hour) per month, so that every baker has an opportunity to earn service hours. If a baker signs up for more than one baking slot in a given month, one of those slots may be deleted. Extra baked goods will not receive credit.

3. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

4. Please attach a "bake sale coupon" to receive your credit. Coupons are available in the front office. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. (i.e. 2 cookies). TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (No coupon attached = 0 service hours)

5. Homemade baked goods need to be delivered to the main office between 8:00am-12:00pm on the DAY OF the event. (Yes, you can send them in with your son at drop off at 8:00am!)
