Women's Wine & Chocolate Walk 2026 - Student Sign Ups

Can you help us at the Women's Wine & Chocolate Walk? We are Downtown Middletown Inc, a non profit organization, and we need help with our largest fundraiser of the year. We're happy to write a letter or sign a form for you to receive credit for community service hours.
Here is a list of volunteer positions we have available for students on May 16. If you have any special requests or needs, please make sure to note them in the comments section when you sign up.
Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts, even if there is a little overlap. We'll send you exact locations and all the details closer to the event. However, if you have any questions before then, please reach out to Heather 513-368-8443 or heather@downtownmiddletown.org
Assist in setting up tables, chairs, and tents for all booths. You may also help hang banners, decorate, etc.
Help us welcome participants! You most likely will be directing people where to go or helping at our raffle table.
Dismantle all items and return them to DMI offices and Windamere, collect litter, and help with other tasks as needed
