Make sure registration laptop is back up and running in the front, make sure Square Reader is paired with a smart phone and cash box is ready, do a quick sweep to pick up garbage and straighten.

Walks around available to answer questions or direct members to someone who knows. Be nice to people. Eyes - Watches for Instant Win bids to bring up to Front Desk, watches for items hitting 5 bids to notify Auction Head. Makes sure people aren't opening boxes or picking up stuff, and that things don't sprout legs. Helps keep room looking neat.

Get Bidders to register. Hands out appropriate badge ribbon to all who register to bid. Help with T-shirt sales and Magnet instant wins (explaining what they are etc.) Be nice to people. Accept donations (check off prearranged donations, have walkins fill out donation form and give receipt). Promote GPS.
