2 HELP WITH DECORATIONS
2 CONCESSION & CLEAN UP
2 SET UP AND COLLECTING TICKETS

Destination Unknown La Salle Spring Concert will be held Sat., April 27, 2024, 7:00pm-8:30pm at the Dining Hall at La Salle. There will be a casual reception with complimentary concessions before and after the concert in the lobby area outside of the dining hall. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations and assist students prior to the show, setting up, running concession, cleaning up, and/or collecting, selling tickets.

- Food MUST be dropped off between 5:30-6:00pm in the Dining Hall and NOT at the front desk! Enter LOWER LOT SOUTH MICHILLINDA AVE.
- Delivery should only come through the bottom gate, and should NOT enter through the front.
- VERY IMPORTANT trays are labeled with the name of the person donating, and specifically what show it is for. There are numerous shows, and some shows may end-up without trays if we don't know where they are for.
