La Salle Parent Association (PA) – Meeting Invitation

Dear La Salle Families and Community,

On behalf of the La Salle Parent Association, we warmly invite all families and members of our La Salle community to join us for our upcoming Parent Association Meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.  For those attending in person, dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m., and the meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and conclude at 7:30 p.m. If you are joining remotely, please log in at 6:30 p.m. using the link posted in the Parent Communicator and on Track It Forward under the Parent Association Meeting invitation.

We are excited for another year filled with fellowship, service, and support for our students, faculty, and staff.  We are grateful to the amazing parents who continue to serve, and to those who have joined the Parent Association Board and embraced our mission of service, parent education, and community support.  A few more volunteers are needed to support Athletic Boosters.  Please contact Athletic Boosters President Karen Franco at [email protected] if you are interested.

Our upcoming meeting will include important updates from Nicholas Denny, Department Chair of Science and Mathematics, about a change in science courses, and will also feature a guest speaker, Jiadi He, Harvard College and Georgetown University Admissions Interviewer.  Jiadi will share insights as to how we can best position our students as they approach the college years through the lens of an admissions interviewer with specific recommendations for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th graders.

As a reminder, regarding Service Hours:

In person: 2 service hours per meeting (counts toward annual household service-hour requirements)

Virtual: 1 service hour per meeting
