Concessions Needed for Fall Art Show

The La Salle Fall Art Show will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 (in the dining hall at La Salle) from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. There will be a reception with complimentary concessions during the show in the dining hall. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations for the Visual Art Department. We are expecting 200 guests as each visual art student is required to showcase their artwork.
Non-Perishables items can be dropped off at the school office on Friday, November 14th before 3:00pm, but should include a label with family name, show name, show date, time and contact information. This is an easy way to fulfill your service hours and support the Arts at La Salle! Please sign up below.
NON-PERISHABLE DONATION DROP OFF TIME: Before 3:00 pm on Friday, November 14th at the front desk.
PERISHABLE DONATION DROP OFF TIME: 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 15. LOWER LOT SOUTH MICHILLINDA AVE at the Dining Hall (ask for Kate)

Be sure to log service hours as follows once you have made your donation:
* 1 dozen cookies/brownies/ bars/desert = 1 hour of service
* Fruit tray = 1 hour of service
* Veggie tray = 1 hour of service
* Costco or Supermarket Pinwheel Sandwich Tray = 1 hour of service
*2 cases or waters (sparkling or flat) or 2 dozen sodas = 1 service hour
(1 hour service for every $20-$25 spent)
