Band & Strings Fall Concert - Volunteers and Donations Needed

The La Salle Band and Strings Fall Concert will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Grinstead Theater at La Salle from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. There will be a casual reception with complimentary concessions before and after the concert in the lobby area outside the theater. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations and assist prior to the show, setting up, running concessions, cleaning up, and taking tickets in.
Non-Perishables items can be dropped off at the school office on Friday but should include a label with family name, show name, show date and time and contact information (Please text Eugenia Der at 213-999-2189 if you do). This is an easy way to fulfill your service hours and support the Arts at La Salle! Please sign up below.

Be sure to log service hours as follows once you have made your donation:
* 2 dozen cookies/brownies/ bars/desert = 1 hour of service
* Fruit tray = 1 hour of service
* Veggie tray = 1 hour of service
* Costco or Supermarket Pinwheel Sandwich Tray = 1 hour of service
*2 cases or waters (sparkling or flat) or 2 dozen sodas = 1 service hour
(1 hour service for every $20-$25 spent)

Set Up/Guest Check In/Concessions/Clean Up

Prepare Snacks and refreshments, set up, check in guests, restock concessions an hour before the show, and then clean up a half hour after the show.
