La Salle College Preparatory

The Jazz Band Spring Concert will be held on Friday, April 11th at the Grinstead Theater at La Salle at 6:00 pm. There will be a casual reception with complimentary concessions before and after the concert in the lobby area outside the theater. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations and assist prior to the show, setting up, running concession, cleaning up, and taking tickets in.
Non-Perishables items can be dropped off at the school office on Friday but should include a label with family name, show name, show date and time and contact information. This is an easy way to fulfill your service hours and support the Arts at La Salle! Please sign up below.

Be sure to log service hours as follows once you have made your donation:
* 2 dozen cookies/brownies/bars/desert = 1 hour of service
* Fruit tray = 1 hour of service
* 30 Grape Cups= 1 hour of service
* Veggie tray = 1 hour of service
* Costco or Albertson Pinwheel Sandwich Tray = 1 hour of service
*2 cases or waters (sparkling or flat) or 2 dozen sodas = 1 service hour
(1 hour service for every $20-$25 spent)
