Care Pack Drive
Hosted by Indian Student Healthcare Alliance (ISHA)
In Celebration of National DO Day (Week) of Service at TUCOM-CA
As part of TUCOM-CA’s participation in National DO Day (Week) of Service (NDODS), the Indian Student Healthcare Alliance (ISHA) invites you to take part in a hands-on service event to support those in need.
Students will assemble care kits containing essential hygiene items such as wipes, bottled water, snacks, and other necessities to support personal care. Once the kits are prepared, they will be distributed to individuals in need, ensuring access to basic hygiene resources for those in need. This initiative promotes compassion, community service, and the well-being of those experiencing difficult circumstances.
National DO Day of Service is a nationwide initiative organized through the TOUCH (Translating Osteopathic Understanding into Community Health) program by the Council of Osteopathic Student Government Presidents (COSGP) in collaboration with AACOM. At TUCOM-CA, this week of service is coordinated by COMSEC VP of Community Outreach and features events hosted by student clubs and organizations.
Special thanks to ISHA for organizing and leading this event as part of our campus-wide celebration of osteopathic service.
Join us in making a meaningful impact, one care kit at a time.
For any questions, feel free to contact Ravinder Singh, COMSEC VP of Community Outreach at tucom.vpcommunityoutreach@tu.edu.
