Autism Society Volunteers for Charity Dart Tournament - February 6, 2019

Please join the Autism Society of Mahoning Valley for a 3rd Party Fundraiser to help us raise funds for our social and educational programs for children and adults with autism in the Mahoning Valley. Dates needed are February 3rd, 6th and 10th! Adults and teens needed! Must be able to lift boxes, dart boards etc.

Project: Take dart boards up to event banquet room and help set up event.
Parking is the parking lot by the hotel.

*Boardman location on Sunday, February 3rd starting at 9am - Need 15 volunteers

Location to meet is: Youngstown Dart Association, 5020 Market Street, Youngstown (North of Market & Shields). Project: Load dart boards into tournament trailer.
* Meet at DoubleTree by Hilton - Sunday, February 10th starting at 3pm - Need 15 volunteers https://www.trackitforward.com/site/420400/event/458269
Project: Take the dart boards down and load them on trailers.
Parking is the parking lot by the hotel.
All shifts are 2-3 hours depending on how quick the project takes. February 3rd most likely 1-2 hours. For service hours we will give minimum of 2 hours for any shift.
Volunteers should be 14 yrs or older. Thank you for volunteering your time!
