Value per hour $15 is cost plus time.

Check-in skaters, volunteers, coaches, and guests. Distribute pre-purchased merchandise and skater gifts.

Soup, chili, something hot for the coaches/volunteer room.

Please use the value of $15 per hour. You can use the $cost + time to submit your hour/hours.

Retrieve skaters gifts from the audience - known as "tossies" + return to skaters. Rink-side position, Ages 6+

Deliver results and retrieve signatures. Ages 12+

2-3 loaves of bread, butter, approx. 40 slices cheddar cheese slices. Enough to feed 15-18 judges. Hospitality will use this to prepare lunch for the judges.

Please submit hours according to the cost of product and time to shop. Each hour submitted is valued at $15.

Please have all supplies here by 10:00 am Saturday. Can drop off Friday.

Good Tomato soup for the judges. Needs to feed 15-18.

Please calculate the value based off the cost of the product and any time spent. If you make the soup yourself, please take the cost of ingredients, plus the time. Each hour has a $15 value. (Ex. if the ingredients cost $15 and it takes you 2 hours to prepare, pleas submit for 3 hours.)

Snacks Food Donation-judges and coaches Dry snacks-chips/pretzels/granola bars/etc. Value is calculated by time plus cost. Each hour is worth $15. Limit 2 hours for this time slot each.
