Lacey Woods Park Invasive Plant Removal

Experienced invasive removers will be asked to seek and destroy any lingering honeysuckle, privet, ivy and other nasties inside the mostly clean forested area. Training will be provided to those new to the work and we will concentrate on removing invasives along the edge of the forest. Dress warm, gloves and tools will be provided but do bring your favorites. Meet in field across street from 1126 N. Frederick St., 22205.
We'll show you the gigantic native grapevise we discovered that grows to the top of a tall hemlock!
