Annual Meeting and Election
Saturday, January 10 2026
Come celebrate our year's achievements and help us plan for the future! Elections will be held and recognition of Tree Stewards who reported their volunteer hours. This is one of the few times we all meet (inside!) to hang out with each other.
Meeting is at Barcroft Community House, 800 S. Buchanan, Arlington, 22204 from 5-7pm. In interest of conservation, please bring your own utensils, plates, cup, etc although we will have them available as well. The suggestions below are only suggestions so if you have a special food you wish to bring, please do. For those of us who need ideas, bring an item from suggested last names.
A-J appetizers or desserts
K-R drinks (hot, cold, alcohol allowed at this location)
S-Z entrees or side dishes
Please note this is NOT the huge Barcroft Comm Center on Four Mile Run but is on 800 S. Buchanan St. Parking on the street nearby.
The Tree Walk is postponed to another date when we are not wearing festive attire!
